Role Description The Service Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. This role is responsible for scheduling and coordinating service activities, ensuring timely responses to customer requests, and tracking service progress.

The Service

Coordinator will liaise with Railway authorities, technicians, and internal teams to manage work orders, document service details, and maintain accurate records. Daily tasks include handling incoming service calls and emails, updating service logs and reports, monitoring inventory related to service operations, and supporting resolution of service issues.



The role also involves collaborating with operations and sales teams to improve service workflows and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- B.E./Diploma - Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical with 5-6 yrs experience and minimum 2 yrs experience as a coordinator or supervisor.
- Service Coordination and Operations Management skills to manage schedules, work orders, and service workflows, team management.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Service experience to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a skilled service experience.
- Ability to use basic office software and service management tools, MS Office.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in industrial services, electronics, or related technical support roles is beneficial.
- Relevant diploma or degree in engineering, business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kolkata and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
