URGENT HIRING – SERVICE ADVISOR

Position: Service Advisor

Industry: Auto Repair Shop

Location: Greater Noida West

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customers visiting the auto repair/service workshop.
- Understand customer vehicle complaints and service requirements.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspection and prepare job cards.
- Explain required repairs, service work, estimated costs, and timelines to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff for timely completion of repair jobs.
- Provide regular updates to customers regarding vehicle repair status.
- Prepare and explain service estimates and invoices.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery after completion of repair and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, vehicle history, job cards, and service activities.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and future service requirements.
- Support the workshop team in achieving service quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile workshop or auto repair shop.




- Good knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and basic automobile components.
- Solid customer handling and communication skills.
- Ability to understand vehicle problems and coordinate with technicians.
- Experience in preparing job cards, estimates, invoices, and service reports.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Customer-oriented and target-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain service records.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
