Role Description This full time, in office Service Advisor role is based at Navnit Motors Pvt Ltd in Mumbai.

The Service

Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service center, welcoming them, understanding their vehicle concerns, and documenting job requirements accurately. Daily responsibilities include preparing repair orders, coordinating with technicians, tracking job progress, and updating customers on service status, costs, and timelines. The role also involves explaining recommended work, obtaining approvals, handling delivery of serviced vehicles,



and ensuring all customer queries are addressed professionally.

The Service

Advisor will support aftersales initiatives, maintain service records, and contribute to improving overall customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service skills.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Aftersales processes, including service workflows and follow-up practices.
- Relevant experience in automotive service advisory or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic automotive systems and service terminology is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple cases, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using service management software and standard office tools is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in automotive engineering, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.
