Roverz Motors is looking for a Service Advisor to join our Royal Enfield service team at Karunagappally. The Service Advisor will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their vehicle service requirements, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles with a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspection and accurately record customer complaints.
- Prepare and explain job cards, estimates, and service requirements to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians and the Service Department to ensure proper execution of work.
- Keep customers updated about vehicle service progress and additional repair requirements.
- Obtain customer approval for additional work before proceeding.
- Monitor the status of vehicles under service and ensure timely completion.
- Conduct quality checks and coordinate with the team before vehicle delivery.
- Explain completed work, replaced parts, and service details to customers during delivery.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and coordinate for quick resolution.




- Follow up with customers after service and collect feedback.
- Ensure proper documentation and updating of service records.
- Achieve assigned customer satisfaction, service, and revenue targets.
- Promote periodic maintenance, accessories, and other applicable service requirements.
- Maintain good coordination with the Service Manager, Floor Supervisor, Technicians, and Customer Relation Executive.
- Follow company and Royal Enfield service standards and procedures.

Requirements
- Any Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership or service centre will be an advantage.
- Candidates with automobile service knowledge and good customer-handling skills are preferred.
- Freshers with a strong interest in the automobile industry may also apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple customers and service requests efficiently.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
