We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist – Real Estate Expert who has strong knowledge of SEO strategies and hands-on experience working with real estate websites and businesses. The ideal candidate should be capable of improving organic visibility, rankings, traffic, and lead generation through effective SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies for real estate websites.
- Conduct keyword research focused on real estate, property, location, and buyer-intent keywords.
- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking.
- Plan and execute local SEO strategies for real estate businesses.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new ranking opportunities.
- Build and manage high-quality backlinks through ethical SEO practices.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, leads, and other SEO performance metrics.
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues affecting website performance.
- Work closely with content writers to create SEO-friendly and conversion-focused content.
- Analyze Google Search Console,



Google Analytics, and other SEO tools to track performance.
- Prepare regular SEO reports and provide actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate SEO and location-based search.
- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tools.
- Good knowledge of keyword research, competitor analysis, link building, and technical SEO.
- Understanding of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO projects.
