We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to manage and improve the organic performance of our pharmaceutical and Ayurveda/wellness e-commerce websites.

Candidates with pharmaceutical, healthcare, online pharmacy, or medical e-commerce SEO experience will be preferred. We need someone who can implement improvements and connect SEO performance to qualified enquiries, orders, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage on-page, technical, and off-page SEO for both websites.
- Conduct keyword research based on customer intent, product demand, competition, and target countries.
- Optimise existing product pages, categories, and blogs, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, images, FAQs, and internal links.
- Identify and resolve indexing problems, crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, redirects, and canonical issues.
- Improve website speed, mobile usability, and Core Web Vitals in coordination with the developer.
- Manage WordPress and WooCommerce SEO while protecting checkout, product information, and website functionality.
- Analyse competitors to identify realistic opportunities for rankings and sales.
- Build relevant, credible backlinks through ethical outreach.




- Coordinate with content writers and qualified medical reviewers to maintain accurate, useful content with appropriate sourcing and disclaimers.
- Monitor traffic declines, ranking changes, and conversion issues, and recommend evidence-based fixes.

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven SEO experience with e-commerce websites; pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is a robust advantage.
- Practical knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Rank Math or Yoast.
- Understanding of YMYL content, E-E-A-T principles, structured data, and responsible medical content practices.
- Experience with international SEO and targeting customers across different countries.
- Ability to distinguish prescription medicines, supplements, and Ayurvedic products when planning content and messaging.
- Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and ownership of implementation.
