About The Role We are looking for a data-driven and growth-focused SEO Manager to lead our organic traffic and search visibility efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies that improve our rankings, increase traffic, and drive qualified leads to our website and learning platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who understands both the technical and content aspects of SEO and is excited to build scalable strategies in a fast-growing edtech environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Conduct detailed keyword research to guide content teams and campaign planning
- Monitor and optimize pages using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other tools
- Perform technical SEO audits and ensure site health, crawlability, and mobile-friendliness
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices
- Build and manage backlink acquisition strategies to improve domain authority
- Analyze SEO performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes to keep strategies current

Minimum Skillset Required

- Proven experience with on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Strong knowledge of keyword research and search intent mapping




- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO audit tools
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest
- Understanding of content strategy, meta optimization, and internal linking
- Basic knowledge of HTML, site structure, and page speed optimization

Good to Have

- Previous experience in edtech or content-heavy websites
- Working knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or custom stacks
- Ability to coordinate with writers and developers to implement changes
- Experience in video SEO (YouTube optimization) is a bonus
