Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven SEO & SMO Executive to enhance our digital presence, improve website rankings, generate quality leads, and strengthen brand visibility across search engines and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, social media optimization, content strategy, and digital marketing within the Banking, Finance, NBFC, or related sectors.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO

- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Execute On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO activities.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, meta tags, URLs, and internal linking.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Build quality backlinks through ethical SEO practices.
- Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.
- Conduct website audits and recommend SEO improvements.

SMO
- Manage and optimize company presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content.
- Increase brand awareness, audience engagement,



and follower growth.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Required Skills
- Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of keyword research, backlink strategies, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and performance tracking.
- Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience in Banking, Finance, NBFC, Loans, Insurance, or Financial Services will be preferred.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant SEO/Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
