SEO Intern — GoSalam (Travel-Tech, Delhi)

About GoSalam GoSalam is a rapid-growing Umrah travel-tech company based in Delhi, and a venture of NikahForever.com — India's No. 1 Muslim matrimony platform with 50 lakh+ users. We're building the technology and supply backbone for Muslim travel in India, and we're looking for our first SEO hire to own organic growth from the ground up.

- The Role This is a hands-on internship for someone who wants to learn SEO deeply by actually doing it — not just theory. You'll work directly with the founder and play a real part in how GoSalam shows up on Google. Freshers are welcome; we care more about hunger, curiosity, and how fast you learn than about years of experience.

What you'll do

- Keyword research for travel & Umrah-related search terms (Delhi-local and pan-India intent)
- On-page SEO — optimizing titles, meta descriptions, headings, and content structure
- Support content/blog SEO and help plan topics around what people actually search for
- Work on local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Track rankings,



traffic, and performance using tools like Google Analytics & Search Console
- Stay on top of SEO trends and bring fresh ideas to the table

What we're looking for

- Basic understanding of how SEO and Google search work (through coursework, certifications, personal projects, or self-learning)
- Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn fast
- Final-year students, recent grads, and early-career candidates all welcome

Nice to have

- Familiarity with SEO tools
- Interest in or understanding of the Muslim travel / Umrah space

- Location: In office, Jasola Vihar, Delhi
- Type: Internship (with potential to convert to full-time)
- Stipend: ₹10,000–15,000/month
- Start: Immediate
