Primary Objective:
To drive revenue growth through effective client consultations, conversions, upselling, and team performance management in all three categories – Skin, Hair, and Slimming treatments.
Key Responsibilities:1
Sales Manager Responsibilities (Cosmetology Clinic)
Handle client consultations and close high-value packages
Key Focus Hair Transplant | Laser | Skin | Weight Loss | Membership Sales.
Manage leads and ensure follow-ups & conversions
Coordinate with doctors and therapists for treatment planning
Support marketing campaigns and improve lead performance
Maintain sales reports and track conversions
Build client relationships for repeat business & referrals
Stay updated on treatments and services
