We are looking for a responsible and caring Residential Warden to supervise residents and maintain a safe, disciplined, and comfortable residential environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise residents and monitor daily activities.
Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
Monitor attendance and entry/exit.
Address residents' needs and concerns.
Maintain basic records and report issues to management.
Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience as a warden or in a similar role is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
Willingness to stay at the residential facility.
