We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a robust sales mindset, and the ability to build relationships with potential buyers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sources.
Connect with clients to understand their property requirements, preferences, and budget.
Conduct site visits and explain project features, amenities, pricing, and perks.
Handle the complete sales cycle, from initial contact and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
Maintain and regularly update lead data in CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Follow up consistently with potential buyers to maximize lead conversion.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide timely assistance throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaigns, leads, inquiries, and promotional activities.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare regular sales and lead follow-up reports.

Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Target-driven attitude with a proven ability to achieve sales goals.
Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and Google Sheets.
Good follow-up and lead-management skills.
Real estate industry experience is preferred.
Candidates with robust sales experience from other industries may also apply.
