About the Role

Vasundharaa Infra is hiring Real Estate Sales Executives to drive sales for our premium real estate projects in Gwalior.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with property leads.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable properties.
Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
Convert leads into bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle negotiations and maintain strong client relationships.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update CRM records.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.




Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive client-handling and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of the Gwalior real estate market is preferred.
Experience in commercial real estate will be an advantage.
