Job Title: Real Estate Sales Executive - Male

Salary: 15,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential customers.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Coordinate property/site visits with interested customers.
Handle customer queries and maintain regular follow-ups.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with clients.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads and customer interactions.
Coordinate with the internal sales team for smooth closure.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Robust follow-up and customer-handling ability.
Positive negotiation skills.
Target-oriented approach.
Willingness to work in field sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer will be an advantage.
Real estate sales experience will be an advantage.
