Sales Manager – Anytime Fitness, JalandharJob Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager to join Anytime Fitness in Jalandhar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving gym membership sales, managing leads, achieving revenue targets, and leading the sales team to deliver consistent business results.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales of gym memberships and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Generate and follow up with prospective customers through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and leads.
Convert leads into memberships through effective communication and sales techniques.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to membership closure.
Supervise, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Track daily sales activities, lead status, conversions, and revenue performance.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective and existing members.
Handle membership renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Maintain solid relationships with members and address sales-related queries or concerns.
Coordinate with the fitness and operations teams to provide a smooth member experience.
Plan and support promotional activities,



events, campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records in the CRM/system.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Train and coach junior sales team members where required.
Ensure a professional, customer-focused, and positive environment at the club.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or a related industry.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in lead generation, follow-ups, and customer conversion.
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and/or CRM systems.
Strong customer-service orientation.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in gym/fitness memberships, real estate, hospitality, automobile sales, retail, banking, or other direct-sales industries may be considered.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
