nExperience: 5+ years in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, corporate leasing, real estate

nJob Responsibilities:

n· Develop and execute sales strategies to expand ASMA’s corporate client base.

n· Build and maintain solid relationships with MNCs, embassies, and corporate clients.

n· Drive revenue growth through corporate leasing, serviced apartments, and facility management services.

n· Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts with clients.

n· Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to enhance service offerings.

n· Monitor market trends and competition to identify current business opportunities.

n· Maintain Sales MIS.

nKey Requirements:

n· Proven track record in corporate sales,



business development, or leasing.

n· Solid communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

n· Ability to meet sales targets and manage client relationships effectively.

n· Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
