Sales Executive – Homely Stays

Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore

Salary: Up to ₹15,000/month

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working: 6 Days a Week

Work Mode: Work From Office + Property Visits

Job Responsibilities
Homely Stays ki properties ke liye end-to-end sales process handle karna.
Recent leads ko call, WhatsApp aur other communication channels ke through contact karna.
Customer/guest requirements samajhna aur suitable properties suggest karna.
Property details, pricing, availability aur facilities explain karna.
Leads ka regular follow-up karna aur booking/sales closure achieve karna.
Customers ke queries aur objections handle karna.
Booking confirmation aur payment-related coordination karna.
Zarurat padne par customers ko property visit karwana.
Kabhi-kabhi Homely Stays ki properties par property visit/inspection ke liye jaana.
Property team aur operations team ke saath coordination karna.




Daily leads, follow-ups aur sales/booking updates maintain karna.

Requirements:
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Sales/customer handling ka basic understanding.
Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
Basic computer, WhatsApp aur Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
Field/property visits ke liye comfortable hona chahiye.
Target-oriented and proactive candidate preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills can apply.
