Role Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Relationship Manager to develop and manage business relationships with project contractors, MEP contractors, EPC companies, electrical contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders involved in projects.

The candidate will be responsible for generating enquiries, developing project opportunities, converting orders, managing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales and gross profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with project contractors, MEP contractors, EPC contractors, and electrical contractors.
Identify current project opportunities and generate regular enquiries from the contractor network.
Understand project requirements, BOQs, specifications, product requirements, and delivery schedules.
Promote and sell wires, cables, switchgear, electrical products, and related solutions.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for pricing and special offers.
Negotiate with customers and ensure timely closure of orders.
Track projects from enquiry stage to quotation → negotiation → PO → dispatch → payment collection.
Regularly visit customers, project sites, consultants,



and contractor offices to develop business.
Develop recent customers and expand business with existing accounts.
Maintain an updated project pipeline with expected order values and timelines.
Coordinate with manufacturers, commercial teams, logistics, and internal sales teams for smooth order execution.
Follow up on pending quotations, orders, dispatches, and customer requirements.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for timely collections.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales, GP, collection, and new-customer targets.
Provide regular market feedback on competitor pricing, products, customer requirements, and upcoming projects.
Maintain accurate customer and project data in the CRM/SF system.
