3+ years of SAP experience with AMS/Support and Rollout Projects.

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in SAP APO Support (AMS).

Solid knowledge of SAPAPO planning processes and standard business functionalities.

Experience in Enterprise Structure, Master Data troubleshooting, and Planning Book maintenance.
N
Experience in Forecast Validation, Planning Run Monitoring, and APO Job Monitoring.
N
Expertise in resolving CIF/Integration issues between ECC/S4HANA and APO.
N
Good understanding of customized business processes/templates.
N
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
N
Good communication and customer-facing skills.
N
Experience in handling incidents/tickets through tools like ServiceNow/ITSM.
