Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding UG/PG courses and admission opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls and resolve admission-related queries.
Understand students’ educational and career requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, and documentation requirements.
Convert interested leads into admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Achieve assigned monthly admission/conversion targets.
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
