Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise shift operations to meet productivity targets and quality standards. 2.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures 3.
Train, develop and motivate staff to improve performance and meet objectives 4.
Manage and resolve any operational issues or conflicts that may arise during the assigned shift 5.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed 6.
Collaborate with other supervisors to ensure smooth handovers between shifts 7.
Ensure a protected and clean work workplace
Desire Profile
Hands-on experience of Screen-Printing operations (Auto & Manual Printing m/c) 2.
Hands-on experience of Prepress operations, Color Mixing / Shade Matching 3.
Valuable knowledge of Screen-printing operations and trouble shooting 4.
Maintain daily Printing Machine reports
