We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Data Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving data, analytics, and AI-led solutions across product development and client engagements.

Role Overview The Senior AI Data Analyst will work closely with business, product, engineering, and technology teams to analyze complex datasets, identify meaningful insights, and translate business requirements into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires a combination of robust analytical expertise, business understanding, AI/ML knowledge, and leadership capabilities , with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data analytics initiatives from problem definition through analysis, insights, and implementation .

- Analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and business risks.

• Develop data models, KPIs, dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions to support business and product decisions.

• Apply statistics, predictive analytics, machine learning, and experimentation to solve complex business problems.

• Explore and implement Generative AI, LLM, NLP, RAG, and AI-driven analytics use cases.

• Work with engineering teams to ensure data quality, data pipelines, and datasets are suitable for AI/ML applications.

• Evaluate analytical and AI solutions for accuracy,



relevance, performance, and business impact .

• Translate complex analytical findings into clear and actionable recommendations for leadership and clients.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to understand requirements and define appropriate data solutions.

• Establish analytical best practices, documentation, data quality standards, and reusable methodologies .

• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts and contribute to building the organization's Data & AI capabilities .

What We're Looking For

• 15–20 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, AI, or related areas.

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python/R and modern analytics tools.

• Strong understanding of statistics, data modeling, predictive analytics, and AI/ML concepts .

• Practical hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions is highly desirable.

• Experience working with senior stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and/or clients .

• Strong problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills .

• Experience leading projects and mentoring analytical/technical teams .

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field .
