15+ years of overall experience in enterprise technology, software products, SaaS, quality engineering, testing services, or digital transformation businesses.
Proven experience leading a regional business unit, practice, sales organisation, or P&L; in APAC.
Strong understanding of Software Testing, Quality Engineering, Hands on with Test Automation, AI-powered platforms, DevOps, or enterprise software ecosystems.
Demonstrated success in building and scaling businesses across global markets, APAC preferred but not mandatory
Experience managing large enterprise sales cycles and strategic customer relationships.
Robust commercial acumen with experience owning revenue targets, business growth, and profitability objectives.
Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
