Role Description The Senior Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading end-to-end video post-production for brand films, social media content, campaigns, and other client projects. This role involves assembling raw footage, crafting compelling narrative structures, refining pacing, and ensuring high-quality visual and audio output aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.

The Senior Video

Editor will oversee color grading workflows, collaborate closely with directors, producers, designers, and motion artists, and provide creative input from pre-production through final delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include editing for multiple formats and platforms,



managing timelines and deliverables, organizing and maintaining media assets, and implementing feedback efficiently. The role also includes mentoring junior editors, contributing to best practices, and keeping up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling diverse formats, storytelling, and multi-platform deliverables.
- Candidates should possess advanced skills in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain visual consistency and enhance brand-specific aesthetics.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, transitions, overlays, and visual elements that support the narrative.
- Candidates should have proficiency with professional editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop or similar).
- Candidates should demonstrate strong visual storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret creative briefs and brand guidelines effectively.
- Candidates should have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional creative teams and managing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Candidates should bring solid organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
