Role Description The Senior Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for planning, editing, and producing high-quality video content that reflects Ankura Homes’ brand, projects, and lifestyle offerings. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing raw footage, assembling sequences, performing color grading, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to create compelling stories for marketing, social media, and internal communications.

Editor will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to develop creative concepts, maintain brand consistency, and meet production timelines. The role also involves managing video assets, optimizing content for various platforms,



and mentoring junior team members on best practices and workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong video production skills, including planning shoots, managing footage, and coordinating with creative and marketing teams.
- Advanced video editing skills, with experience in assembling narrative sequences, adding sound, and refining pacing for multiple formats.
- Proficiency in video color grading to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone aligned with brand guidelines.
- Hands-on experience with motion graphics and graphics to enhance storytelling and create engaging visual content.
- Expert-level knowledge of industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or similar).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of edited video projects, preferably in real estate, lifestyle, or related sectors.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
