Role Description The Senior Video Editor will be responsible for shaping compelling video narratives that support clients’ branding and marketing goals, working closely with the creative and strategy teams. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing raw footage, selecting and organizing clips, editing sequences, adding transitions and effects, and ensuring a coherent visual and emotional flow aligned with project objectives. The role involves color grading, sound refinement, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements to enhance storytelling quality.

Editor will also collaborate on concept development, provide creative input on shoots, maintain consistency with brand guidelines, and manage multiple projects and deadlines. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Coimbatore, requiring close collaboration with the in-house team and participation in occasional client meetings or production activities.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience managing end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading and visual enhancement to achieve a consistent, cinematic look and feel.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support brand messaging and storytelling.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro or similar).
- Demonstrated experience in storytelling, pacing, and visual composition for branded content, documentaries, or marketing campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret creative briefs, and willingness to iterate based on feedback.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- Prior experience in content marketing, branding, or working with purpose-driven or wellness-focused brands is an advantage.
- A relevant degree, diploma, or portfolio demonstrating senior-level video editing and filmmaking expertise.
