About the Role

As a Senior UX Designer, you will craft intuitive, data-driven experiences for enterprise clients and contribute to the design strategy of large-scale programs. You’ll collaborate with business consultants, technology teams, and client stakeholders to uncover opportunities, shape solutions, and deliver impactful user experiences.

You’ll work across industries such as finance, healthcare, education, and the public sector—designing AI-enabled platforms, service ecosystems, and scalable design systems. You will help elevate design maturity, create reusable frameworks, and strengthen client partnerships through thoughtful design execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design Leadership

 Contribute to design strategy for client programs; align design vision with business priorities.

 Translate stakeholder needs into actionable design opportunities and roadmaps.

 Support discovery activities (interviews, journey maps, service blueprints) and synthesize insights into design recommendations.





 Collaborate on proposals and pre-sales materials with compelling narratives and measurable outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

Ø 8+ years of experience in UI/UX / Service Design with a solid portfolio.

Ø Proven experience in enterprise-scale, data-intensive and AI-enabled solutions.

Ø Strong expertise in Figma, FigJam, Design Systems, Information Architecture, Interaction Design & Data Visualization.

Ø Experience in Design Thinking, discovery, journey mapping, service blueprints and co-creation workshops.

Ø Strong visual storytelling, presentation and client-facing communication skills.

Ø Experience creating high-quality presentations, visualizations, dashboards and design deliverables.

Ø Ability to lead design initiatives, mentor designers and collaborate with technology, data and consulting teams.

Ø Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design and WCAG standards.

Ø Educational background in Information Design, Visual Communication, Human-Centered Design or related fields, preferably from a premier design/technology institution.

Ø A strong portfolio demonstrating design maturity, creativity and measurable impact
