About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong expertise in designing complex, scalable B2B enterprise-level products, including multi-tenant SaaS platforms, along with hands-on experience in creating AI agents and AI-powered product experiences.

The ideal candidate should have experience leading design for international clients, a strong understanding of enterprise UX patterns (dashboards, workflows, admin panels, permission-based/multi-tenant architectures, and data-heavy interfaces), and practical experience in designing and prototyping AI agents, AI-driven workflows, and intelligent user experiences.

The candidate should be fluent in Figma and familiar with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools such as Lovable, Emergent, Claude, or similar platforms. The role requires the ability to work across multiple projects, collaborate with global stakeholders, and translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable design solutions.

This is a hybrid role based in Pune for someone who can join immediately or within 15 days.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end UI/UX design for enterprise SaaS/B2B products, including research, wireframing, high-fidelity design, prototyping, and developer handoff.
- Design intuitive interfaces for complex, user-centric workflows across enterprise dashboards, data-heavy modules, and multi-tenant product environments.
- Design and develop AI-powered user experiences and AI agents, including conversational interfaces, intelligent workflows, automation features, and agent-driven interactions.
- Create AI agents and functional prototypes using AI-assisted tools and platforms such as Lovable, Emergent, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Translate business requirements into clean,



functional, consistent design solutions, incorporating AI capabilities wherever relevant.
- Build and maintain design systems and component libraries usable across multiple products and tenants.
- Rapidly prototype using AI-assisted tools to validate ideas, test concepts, and accelerate product development.
- Work concurrently across multiple projects/products, managing competing priorities and timelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, AI/ML teams, and international stakeholders/clients to deliver scalable product experiences.
- Design intuitive interfaces for AI agent configuration, interactions, monitoring, and workflow automation.
- Conduct usability reviews and iterate based on user feedback, product data, and evolving business requirements.
- Present design concepts, AI-driven solutions, and design rationale to internal teams and global clients.
- Mentor junior designers and raise the team's design quality bar.
- Stay current with enterprise UX best practices and emerging AI-driven design, agent creation, and prototyping tools.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7-10 years of UI/UX design experience.
- Proven experience in B2B/enterprise-level projects, including multi-tenant SaaS products.
- Demonstrated experience handling international clients/projects.
- Solid hands-on expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, design systems).
- Hands-on experience in creating AI agents or AI-powered product features, including AI-driven workflows, automation,



or intelligent user interactions.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted design, development, and prototyping tools such as Lovable, Emergent, Claude, or equivalent.
- Practical understanding of AI agent workflows, conversational interfaces, prompt-based interactions, and integrating AI capabilities into user-centric product experiences.
- Solid grasp of enterprise UX, including information architecture, data visualization, permission-based and multi-tenant workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple concurrent projects without compromising design quality.
- Strong portfolio of enterprise/B2B work, including multi-tenant SaaS products and AI-powered solutions (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills for global stakeholder interaction.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

- Experience with design systems at scale across multiple products/tenants.
- Prior experience designing document management systems (DMS) or similar content-heavy enterprise tools.
- Experience building AI agents for enterprise applications, including multi-step workflows, task automation, and intelligent decision-making support.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, LLM-powered applications, and agentic AI platforms.
- Basic HTML/CSS familiarity.
- Exposure to user research and usability testing.
- Prior agency or enterprise-product company experience.
