Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Manager with a strong background in Functional Testing to lead large QA teams and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Team Management, Delivery Management, Stakeholder Management, and End-to-End Project Delivery , while maintaining high quality standards, meeting timelines, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Functional Testing teams across multiple projects and engagements.
- Own end-to-end test delivery, including test planning,



execution, defect management, reporting, and release sign-off.
- Drive project delivery within agreed timelines, scope, quality standards, and budget.
- Manage stakeholder and client relationships, including communication, expectation management, and escalation handling.
- Oversee resource planning, risk management, and delivery governance activities.
- Collaborate with business, development, and project management teams to ensure successful product releases.
- Define and implement testing strategies, quality metrics, and process improvements.
- Mentor, coach, and develop team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, STLC, quality assurance standards, and organizational best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 15 to 19 years of experience in Software Testing, with extensive expertise in Functional Testing.
- Proven experience in Team Management, Delivery Management, and Stakeholder Management.
- Strong track record of handling large QA teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth understanding of SDLC, STLC, Test Planning, Defect Management, Test Governance, and Quality Metrics.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Robust experience in client-facing roles with the ability to manage executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance delivery efficiency.
