About the Role

MS Realtors India is looking for a confident and result-oriented Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of the real estate industry and experience in handling customer calls and leads.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential buyers, understanding their requirements, generating interest in our projects and converting qualified leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential real estate buyers from company-generated leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location and property preferences.
- Explain basic project details, location, pricing and available options to prospective clients.
- Identify and qualify genuine buyers through effective conversations.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Generate and schedule property site visits for qualified leads.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, lead status and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team and transfer qualified leads for further conversion.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until they are converted or marked as non-interested.
- Achieve daily calling, follow-up and site-visit targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with potential clients.

What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in Real Estate.




- Candidates with real estate sales/telecalling experience will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of real estate projects, locations, pricing and the property-buying process.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Confident, polite and professional approach.
- Strong follow-up ability.
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and identify genuine prospects.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/lead management will be an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and improve sales and communication skills.

Salary & Incentives Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
