About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Data & Analytics programs, cloud data platforms, and large-scale data transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing Databricks and Azure-based projects, including data migration, data warehouse modernization, data lake implementations, and ETL/ELT development programs.

What You'll Do:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage large-scale cloud-based data platform initiatives involving Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, and related Azure services.
- Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and successful delivery across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Lead Agile/Scrum delivery processes and manage project execution using Jira and other project management tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Oversee data migration, ETL/ELT pipeline development, data warehouse modernization, and data lake implementation programs.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, project reviews, status reporting, and executive governance meetings.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies, organizational standards, and best practices.
- Drive resource planning, capacity management, budgeting,



and project forecasting activities.
- Monitor project KPIs and delivery metrics to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to define project roadmaps, priorities, and strategic objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote delivery excellence across Data & Analytics programs.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 15-20 years of overall IT experience with significant experience managing enterprise Data & Analytics programs.
- Proven experience delivering Databricks and Microsoft Azure-based data platform projects.
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, ETL/ELT frameworks, Data Migration, and Analytics ecosystems.
- Experience leading large-scale cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
- Hands-on experience using Jira and project management tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, and cloud-native data solutions.
- Experience managing enterprise-level stakeholders, executive leadership teams, and client-facing engagements.
- Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong risk management, issue resolution, and project governance experience.




- Knowledge of Data Engineering principles, Data Architecture, and modern Analytics platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and complex delivery programs.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with financial management, budgeting, resource planning, and project forecasting.
