The typical technical lead responsibilities include:

- Design and architect solutions as required for the project
- Lead a team of software developers providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Establish coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies tailored to projects
- Provide technical leadership throughout the entire software development lifecycle
- Collaborate with product managers and engage in client interactions to define, gather, and refine specifications and requirements
- Conduct code reviews, debug complex issues as required
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies

Skills required / Technical Skills
- 8-10 years of hands-on experience in any one or more of the technologies like C++ or Qt/QML
- Knowledge of Data Science and Analytics (AI/ML)



areas and respective tools/languages will be an added advantage
- Experience of working in Agile and waterfall methodologies
- Experience with software design patterns, architecture principles, and best practices for scalable front-end solutions
- Experience in Software project estimation techniques like Function Points/User Story Points, etc.
- Solid understanding of development architectures, including Model-View-Renderer (MVR) and similar frameworks
- Proven experience leading development teams in enterprise environments
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for collaborative development
