Role: Sales Officer – Dry Fruits (General Trade, Regional Moder Trades &
Up-to-date Retail)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Coverage Area: Entire state of Telangana (Hyderabad and major districts)

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Key Responsibilities1. Distributor &
Channel Management
Appoint, manage, and scale Super Stockists (SS) and distributors across Hyderabad and assigned Telangana districts.
Drive both primary and secondary sales targets consistently to meet monthly business goals.
Monitor distributor inventory levels, track stock rotation (FIFO), and ensure timely collections to avoid outstanding credit.

Retail Coverage
Conduct daily field visits to cover general trade, wholesale markets, dedicated dry fruit stores, and local supermarkets.
Expand the retail network by onboarding new outlets and ensuring maximum product penetration.
Secure premium shelf space and manage high-impact merchandising for dry fruit jars, daily packs, and festive gift boxes.
Execution &
Reporting




Plan and execute effective daily/weekly beat schedules across designated routes.
Implement promotional schemes, trade discounts, and festive offers (especially during peak seasons like Diwali and Ramzan).
Share daily sales logs, order bookings, and competitive market feedback via the company’s reporting app.

Requirements &
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven field sales experience in FMCG, packaged food, snacks, confectionery, or the dry fruits industry.
Age Limit: Maximum 35 years as of the application date.
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Mandatory Assets: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and a smartphone.
Skills: Excellent negotiation, strong relationship-building, and fluency in Telugu and Hindi/English.

Salary: Competitive base salary (commensurate with 3 years of experience)
Allowances: Daily Allowance (DA) + Travel Allowance (TA)
Incentives: Performance-linked sales incentives

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
