About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team in the lab-grown diamond business. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of diamonds and positive communication skills, with the ability to communicate in basic English.

This is an office-based sales position involving communication with customers, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable diamond options, and following up with enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable diamonds.
Communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other business channels.
Explain basic diamond specifications such as shape, carat, colour, clarity, cut and certification.
Prepare and share diamond quotations and available options.
Follow up with existing and potential customers.




Coordinate with the internal team regarding stock, pricing and orders.
Maintain proper records of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Previous experience in diamond sales or the diamond industry is preferred.
Basic understanding of diamonds and their specifications.
Basic English reading and communication skills.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, email and basic computer applications.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Sales experience will be an advantage.
