Roles and Responsibilities
Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
Manage inventory levels by controlling stocks, tracking consumption, and optimizing storage space.
Coordinate with various departments (Stores, Production, Quality) to ensure smooth material flow and minimize delays.
Develop and maintain accurate demand plans based on historical data, seasonality trends, and market fluctuations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify prospects for process improvements and implement changes.
Desired Candidate Profile
ITI certification in any specialization; B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution also acceptable.
Robust understanding of aluminum extrusion processes, dispatch planning, inventory control systems (FIFO), material requirement planning (MRP), order management principles.
