Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – Consolidation & Financial Reporting Location: Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 10 Years Post-Qualification Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Key Responsibilities:
Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation and group reporting under Ind AS.
Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS and Schedule III.
Handle intercompany reconciliations, eliminations and multi-entity consolidation.
Manage month-end/year-end closing and plant-wise balance sheet reviews.
Coordinate statutory, internal, tax and group audits.
Prepare MIS, variance analysis and management reporting.
Ensure compliance with Companies Act, CARO and applicable Ind AS.
Drive process improvement and automation using SAP FICO / consolidation tools.

Preferred Profile: CA with experience in manufacturing/electronics/automotive/consumer durables, preferably with multi-plant or multi-entity exposure.

Robust

Ind AS, consolidation and financial reporting experience required.
