Identify current opportunities for increasing patient footfall.
Doctor &
Referral Relationship
Develop and maintain skilled relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Regularly visit doctors and referral sources to explain hospital facilities and services.
Coordinate with consultants and hospital departments for referral-related activities.
Maintain a database of doctors and referral partners.
Corporate &
Institutional Tie-ups
Identify potential corporate clients, companies, institutions, schools, and organizations.
Coordinate for corporate health check-up programs and medical camps.
Support the hospital in developing corporate/insurance/TPA relationships.
Follow up on potential tie-ups and business opportunities.
Patient Lead

Generation
Generate leads through field visits, networking, events, camps, digital marketing support, and referral channels.




Follow up with prospective patients and coordinate with the concerned hospital departments.
Monitor conversion of leads into OPD/IPD cases.
Maintain proper records of leads, referrals, and conversions.
Health

Camps &
Events
Organize and coordinate health check-up camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
Coordinate logistics with doctors, nursing staff, operations, and administration.
Promote hospital services during camps and community programs.
Market &
Competitor Analysis
Monitor healthcare market trends and competitor activities.
Identify recent marketing opportunities and potential referral sources.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding market conditions and patient requirements.
Reporting &
Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports.
Maintain records of doctor visits, corporate visits, leads, referrals, camps, and conversions.
Achieve assigned marketing and business-development targets.
Submit regular updates to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
