The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall operations of the branch, achieving business and collection targets, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

The Branch

Manager should focus on mobilizing Savings, Recurring Deposits (RD), Fixed Deposits (FD) and other financial products, along with monitoring loan activities and collections. The role includes guiding and supervising branch staff, ensuring proper customer service, maintaining records and reports, and achieving the branch’s monthly and yearly targets.

The Branch

Manager should also support staff in sales and collection activities whenever required and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the branch.

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in banking, co-operative society, NBFC, or financial services, preferably with experience in branch management, deposit mobilization, loan/collection activities, and team handling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
