SENIOR HARD-CORE LITIGATION ADVOCATE REQUIRED

We are looking for a senior, highly experienced and hard-core litigation advocate with substantial independent courtroom exposure and a strong track record across civil, commercial and criminal litigation.

Eligibility & Experience
Minimum 10 years of core courtroom experience
Minimum 10 years of PQE (Post-Qualification Experience)
Extensive hands-on experience in Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation and Arbitration
Strong track record of obtaining favourable judgments, orders and outcomes
Significant experience in Bail, Anticipatory Bail and Criminal Trials
Robust courtroom advocacy, arguing and case-strategy skills
LL.B. and LL.M. / Master of Laws from a Tier-1 Law College/University
Entire PQE must be in litigation ; candidates with predominantly Corporate, In-House, Transactional, Advisory or Desk-Based profiles will not be considered




We are specifically looking for a hard-core practicing litigation advocate with substantial and continuous court practice
Must have independent experience in handling matters before courts and tribunals
Must be willing to work full-time and exclusively
Must be enrolled/registered with the Bar Council of Delhi
Must be a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA)
Must also be a member of at least one District Courts Bar Association

Work Location Dabri Mod, Janakpuri, Current Delhi

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a seasoned courtroom professional , not a corporate lawyer or desk-oriented legal skilled. The candidate should have a substantial litigation practice, strong courtroom presence, sound legal strategy, excellent drafting and arguing capabilities, and the ability to independently handle complex matters.
