Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination
Coordinate the end-to-end execution of assigned projects and deliverables.
Create and maintain project trackers, timelines, and status reports.
Track milestones, dependencies, deliverables, approvals, and project closure.
Monitor timelines and follow up on pending tasks and deliverables.
Identify delays and dependencies and escalate them to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate project meetings, record action items, and follow up on pending tasks.
Ensure project deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely closure of completed activities.
Vendor Management
Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding and maintain vendor documentation.
Coordinate the preparation and execution of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
Prepare and coordinate Statements of Work (SOWs) based on project requirements.
Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs).
Coordinate with Finance and vendors for timely vendor payments.
Track vendor deliverables, timelines, revisions, and approvals.




Follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
LMS Management
Create and configure courses on the Learning Management System (LMS).
Upload reading materials, videos, assessments, assignments, and other course assets.
Ensure that assets are uploaded to the correct course, module, and learning segment.
Verify content sequence, file names, links, and course structure.
Conduct basic LMS checks before course release.
Coordinate with the Technology team to resolve LMS-related issues.
Support course updates and replacement of revised assets.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate project trackers, reports, and documentation.
Prepare regular project status updates for stakeholders.
Maintain records of NDAs, SOWs, POs, vendor payments, approvals, and project deliverables.
Document meeting discussions, decisions, and action items.
