Key Responsibilities-
Manage day-to-day plant HR operations , workforce administration, and recruitment.
Ensure labour law, statutory, and company policy compliance .
Drive employee engagement, training, attendance, and performance management initiatives.
Manage employee relations and partner with plant leadership to support business objectives.
Coordinate with IFM/Admin teams to ensure employee welfare facilities, including canteen and transportation .
Support workforce planning, HR processes, and overall employee experience at the plant.
