Key Responsibilities
Lead overall

HR Operations, Administration & People Management across the organization.
Drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement

.
Manage performance management, KRAs, appraisals, and employee development

.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace culture

.
Develop and implement

HR policies, processes, SOPs, and best practices

.
Ensure labour law and statutory compliance across the organization.
Partner with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development

.
Oversee HR MIS, payroll coordination, attendance, documentation, and HR analytics.

Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in HR, preferably in

Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, or Project-based organizations

.
Solid leadership, communication, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to independently lead HR and work closely with senior management.
