- Design scalable end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, Service Portal, and custom applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture, workflows, integrations, and configurations.
- Lead ServiceNow development teams and ensure adherence to coding, architecture, and governance best practices.
- Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and web services.
- Drive automation, performance optimization, security, and platform scalability.
- Provide technical guidance, documentation, training, and stakeholder communication.
- Stay current with ServiceNow capabilities and recommend innovative solutions.
Required Skills:
- Robust ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and ServiceNow configurations.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and enterprise solution design.
- Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
