Job Summary

We are looking for experienced teachers for students studying in Classes XI and XII across Science, Commerce, and Humanities streams.

Teachers may be required for individual subjects or multiple subjects according to their academic qualifications, teaching experience, and subject expertise.

The role requires strong subject knowledge, good English communication skills, and the ability to teach senior-secondary students according to their syllabus and academic requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

- Graduate qualification is required.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching or tutoring experience is required.
- Good communication skills in English are required.
- Strong subject knowledge in the subject being taught.
- Ability to teach the relevant Class XI–XII syllabus effectively.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and prepare students for school examinations and other academic assessments.
- Candidates should be comfortable travelling to the assigned student's location.

Candidates who do not meet the minimum qualification and experience requirements will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured classes for Class XI and XII students.
- Teach according to the relevant school syllabus and academic requirements.
- Explain concepts clearly and provide subject-specific guidance.
- Assist students with assignments, homework, revision, projects, and examination preparation.
- Prepare students for school examinations and other relevant academic assessments.
- Identify areas where students require additional support.
- Provide practice questions, revision, and academic guidance as required.
- Monitor student progress and provide appropriate feedback.
- Maintain punctuality and follow the agreed teaching schedule.
- Communicate professionally regarding the student's academic progress.
- Maintain a professional and focused learning environment.

Education Graduation in the relevant subject or a related discipline is required.

Postgraduate qualifications, B.Ed., M.Ed., or other relevant teaching qualifications will be an advantage.

Candidates should have an academic background relevant to the subject they are applying to teach.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching or tutoring experience is mandatory.

Experience teaching Classes XI and XII will be preferred.

Relevant experience may include school teaching, home tutoring, private tutoring, subject teaching, or other professional senior-secondary teaching experience.

Work Arrangement The position may be part-time or full-time depending on the teaching requirement.

Class timings, number of classes, and teaching hours will depend on the specific student assignment.

The exact schedule will be communicated before the assignment is confirmed.

Compensation

Compensation will depend on the specific teaching assignment, subject, class level, experience, location, and number of classes.
