Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to own and drive the architecture, design and deployment of enterprise network and security infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a self-directed hands -on technical engineer capable of managing end-to-end project lifecycles from concept through operational handoff.

Mandatory:

- L3 level Routing and Palto Alto Networks

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

- Experience: 7–10+ years of hands-on network engineering experience with demonstrated experience delivering enterprise network and security infrastructure projects.
- Networking: Strong expertise in Layer 2/Layer 3 networking, TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting, switching, routing, DNS, DHCP, NAT, ACLs, and common network protocols.
- Routing: Strong hands-on experience with enterprise routing protocols, including BGP and OSPF, as well as static routing.
- Palo Alto Networks: Deep experience configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto Networks firewalls, including Panorama, security policies, NAT, security zones, interfaces, virtual routers, App-ID, User-ID, security profiles, and logging.
- VPN & Remote Access: Experience with IPsec VPNs and GlobalProtect.
- Network Security:



Strong understanding of firewall architecture, least-privilege access, segmentation, zero-trust principles, threat prevention, URL filtering, vulnerability protection, and SSL/TLS inspection.
- Troubleshooting & Operations: Strong ability to analyze network traffic, firewall logs, packet captures, and connectivity issues and translate findings into secure network policies.
- Documentation: Ability to document network architecture, security policies, segmentation designs, implementation procedures, and operational handoff.
- Certifications (Plus): Relevant Palo Alto Networks and Cisco certifications, such as current Palo Alto Networks firewall/security certifications and CCNP Enterprise or Security.
- Plus - OT/ICS: Experience with OT/ICS environments and IT/OT network segmentation, including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial network architectures.
