Job Title: Senior System / IT Administrator (8-15 Years)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and ownership-driven Senior System / IT Administrator to manage and maintain our complete internal IT infrastructure. This role goes beyond traditional IT supportyou will own hardware assets, software licenses, cloud subscriptions, identity management, networking, security, onboarding/offboarding, and IT governance across our office and engineering environments. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, endpoint management, networking, and IT operations, with an interest in leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and automation.

Responsibilities

- Own the complete lifecycle of IT assets including procurement, deployment, maintenance, warranty management, and disposal.
- Maintain accurate hardware inventory, software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, and renewal calendars.
- Provision and manage user accounts, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Google Workspace.
- Configure and manage Windows/macOS devices using Intune, SCCM, or similar endpoint management solutions.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities including device provisioning, access management, and license recovery.
- Configure and support office networking including firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, DNS, DHCP, and internet connectivity.




- Monitor endpoint security, Conditional Access policies, MFA, antivirus, encryption, and security compliance.
- Design, maintain, and regularly test backup and disaster recovery processes.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, warranty, ISP management, software renewals, and IT services.
- Manage internal IT support requests using ITIL-based service management and ticketing systems.
- Create and maintain SOPs, asset documentation, network diagrams, and IT policies.

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive IT tasks using PowerShell, Bash, AI tools, or automation platforms.

Good to Have

- Experience supporting engineering or product development environments.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Jira Service Management, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of FortiGate, Sophos, VPN configuration, and firewall administration.
- Experience with backup solutions such as Veeam.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or AI-powered IT automation tools.

• ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Certified, AZ-900/AZ-104, Security+, or related certifications.
