We are growing rapidly and are looking for a compassionate, skilled nurse to join our clinical team in Chennai.

About the Role

You will be at the heart of patient care at The Positive Weight — the person our members trust most during their clinical visits. This is not a routine nursing role. You will work closely with our doctors and dieticians, support a range of clinical procedures, and ensure every patient feels safe, informed, and cared for.

What You Will Do

- Administer injections, infusions, and medication under doctor supervision — including newer therapeutic agents used in metabolic and weight management care
- Monitor patients during and after procedures — vitals, response, and comfort
- Assist the doctor during consultations and clinical assessments
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Prepare and sterilise equipment and maintain clinic hygiene standards




- Educate patients on medication administration, dosage, and what to expect
- Coordinate with the front desk and clinical team for smooth patient flow
- Handle emergency situations calmly and follow clinical protocols

What We Are Looking For

- Registered Nurse with a valid nursing license (B.Sc Nursing or GNM)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience — hospital, clinic, or day care setting
- Experience with injections, IV infusions, and patient monitoring
- Warm, patient-first approach — someone who makes patients feel genuinely cared for
- Detail-oriented and reliable — clinical accuracy matters here
- Good communication in Tamil and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team
