Lead Technical Analyst with 8 years of experience able to implement maintain and support infrastructure application services in accordance with business and functional requirements using appropriate standards policies and processes across multiple projects
Job Responsibilities
Support DevOps Applications in accordance with agreed standards meeting the agreed technical and functional business requirements and specifications
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the supported applications
Manages supplier relationships and liaises with suppliers on problemsolving and best practices
Participates in the full lifecycle of multiple small to medium projects ensuring the solutions developed can sustain the projects functional and business requirements
Ensures all risks and issues that affect the project are raised following set processes and are actioned appropriately Escalates risks and issues that pose a significant impact on deliverables
Ensures the integration of the requirements matches that of interacting systems applications and services both inside and outside of SITA in the wider airline community
Skills
At least 8 years experience in implementation or support of DevOps application deployments implementing systems and modules with experience in multiple full lifecycle implementations
Familiar with the operational support of applications not one application
Familiar with the synchronization tools eg MFConnect Exalate Tasktop desirable
Understanding of DevOps tools is required
Strong experience with tooling that supports the development process tools like Azure DevOps Azure Git SonarQube Octane AdaptiveWork GitHub Enterprise Generically Issue tracking source code management static analysis quality management
Understanding and experience of rolling out AI capabilities in the above toolset
Strong documentation skills mainly technical and process oriented
Valuable problemsolving skills planning teamwork and communication
Coordinate multiple technical streams of work to produce a complete solution
Understand the concept of IT security and its application to computer systems architecture
Sound knowledge of system integration and hardware
Understand tradeoffs and risks with technical choices
Should understand and follow Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge base articles
Scripting Knowledge Automation skills will be a value add
Strong verbal and written communications skills are desirable
