About The Role We are seeking a Senior Specialist to lead the design and implementation of scalable Sitecore DXP solutions with strong expertise in Bootstrap CSS and CSS3 . The role combines solution architecture, frontend development, technical leadership, and team mentoring to deliver high-performing, maintainable digital experiences. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.

The role involves designing and architecting robust Sitecore DXP solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, maintainability, and enterprise integration. You will leverage Bootstrap CSS and CSS3 to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces and enhance the overall digital experience.

You will lead development activities, establish coding standards and design practices, and ensure consistent engineering quality across projects. The position also includes performance tuning, security assessments, code reviews, advanced troubleshooting, and staying current with Sitecore and frontend technology trends.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, mentor team members, and coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables with project managers.

Key Responsibilities
