Job Overview 综述 We are seeking an experienced SAP Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM) , SAP Production Planning (PP ) and ABAP development.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, enhancing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA and ECC solutions in a manufacturing environment. This role requires a blend of functional process expertise and technical development skills to deliver integrated business solutions across quality, production, and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities 职责 SAP Quality Management (QM) - Primary Skill

- Lead design, configuration, implementation, and support of SAP QM processes in SAP S/4HANA
- Configure and support Quality Planning, Inspection Processing, Quality Notifications, and Quality Certificates.
- Manage all QM master data connecting to Inspection plans and COA Profiles and assignments as well as Quality Notifications and catalogs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and implement scalable quality management solutions.
- Support integration between SAP QM and MM, PP, PM, SD, WM/EWM, MES/MII, LIMS, and external systems.
- Participate in testing, defect resolution, cutover planning, go-live support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support data governance, master data management, and quality data standards across the enterprise.

ABAP Development & Technical Support – Secondary Skill

- Perform ABAP development, enhancement, and debugging activities supporting SAP QM and PP solutions.
- Develop and support reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, workflows, forms, and data migration programs.
- Design and implement technical solutions using User Exits, BADIs, BAPIs, Function Modules, Enhancement Framework, RFCs, ALE/IDocs, and OData services.




- Analyze and debug standard SAP programs to identify and resolve complex production issues.
- Develop technical specifications and provide guidance during solution design and implementation activities.
- Support code reviews, transport management, performance tuning, and development best practices.
- Work closely with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

SAP Production Planning (PP) - Secondary Skill

- Configure and support SAP PP processes including Demand Management, MRP, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, Process Orders, Scheduling, and Shop Floor Execution.
- Maintain and support production master data such as BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Resources, and Master Recipes.
- Drive process integration between production planning, manufacturing execution, inventory management, and quality management.
- Analyze manufacturing business requirements and recommend process improvements leveraging SAP best practices.
- Support manufacturing transformation initiatives and S/4HANA production planning enhancements.
- Collaborate with plant operations, supply chain, and quality teams to improve efficiency and operational performance.

Data Migration & Integration

- Lead SAP S/4HANA and ECC data migration activities using Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM), LSMW, SAP Data Services, and custom ABAP programs.
- Define source-to-target mappings, validation rules, reconciliation procedures, and testing strategies.




- Support migration of QM and PP master and transactional data.
- Design and support integrations between SAP and non-SAP systems including MES, MII, SampleManager, LIMS, and legacy applications.
- Troubleshoot data conversion, interface, and integration issues across enterprise landscapes.

Required Qualifications Qualifications 要求:

- 7+ years of SAP experience with strong techno-functional expertise.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP QM experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of SAP PP configuration and support experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of ABAP development, debugging, and enhancement experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and ECC architectures.
- Experience with at least two full-cycle SAP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Chemical, Process Manufacturing, or Specialty Materials industries.
- SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation project experience.
- Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;) integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, CDS Views, Embedded Analytics, SAP BTP, and API-based integrations.
- SAP QM, PP, ABAP, or S/4HANA certifications preferred.
